03 May: Strange Windows bug

Every Windows XP system I work on eventually gets infected by a strange bug in Explorer.Post a comment
As you can see in the image things are ugly (Bureaublad = Desktop in Dutch). The icons are clickable but the result is different per icon.
Does anyone recognize this problem and maybe you can point out the reason.
