BlueChat is a Flash Media Server application. It is completely written by me. The frontends are made in Flash 8 (Flex 2 was not yet released when we started). And the backend is a mixture between Flash Media Server and PHP.I cannot reveal to much about all the features but can give you some details about the techniques we used. The application retrieves livestats from the websites of the client the application is build for (5 sites I believe), every user it lists can be invited at the very moment for a live chat (with webcam and audio). Also it gives livestats of MSN conversations happening at the moment with our MSNBot, these chats can be taken over by the application and eventually can also be invited for a live chat.Write a comment for this article
